In this large, open and bright space, enjoy a lunch with Château La Coste wines by the water or sit on the terrace in the late afternoon with a cup of genmaicha tea and enjoy the sunset through the vineyards. The menu features seasonal produce from our organic vegetable garden designed by Louis Benech. Provencal and Mediterranean dishes are freshly prepared in our kitchen and served throughout the day.

Hélène Darroze at Villa La Coste serves beautifully fresh dishes, made using seasonal ingredients, most of which come from local suppliers or are grown in our vegetable garden, designed by Louis Benech.  

Lunch or Dinner at Francis Mallmann

A new style of Argentinian cuisine is served at Château La Coste. Mediterranean fish roasted in a clay oven. Charolais beef, hung from a dome oven and cooked over the fire. Provençal vegetables and herbs, cooked rescoldo style - covered in ashes. A long marinated vegetable roll, cooked to perfection on the plancha. Charred summer fruits with home-made ice-cream and dulce de leche pancakes demonstrate our passion for desserts.   Join us for a delicious meal, inspired by outdoor living, intensely smoky flavours and the romance of Argentina.  “Fire at Château La Coste”, Mallmann.
