Learn about the principles of organic and biodynamic winemaking and viticulture at Château La Coste. Learn the art of wine tasting Stroll the hills of the estate to discover more than 40 works of art and architecture.

Restaurant Tadao Ando

In this large, open and bright space, enjoy a lunch with Château La Coste wines by the water or sit on the terrace in the late afternoon with a cup of genmaicha tea and enjoy the sunset through the vineyards. The menu features seasonal produce from our organic vegetable garden designed by Louis Benech. Provencal and Mediterranean dishes are freshly prepared in our kitchen and served throughout the day.

Hélène Darroze at Villa La Coste serves beautifully fresh dishes, made using seasonal ingredients, most of which come from local suppliers or are grown in our vegetable garden, designed by Louis Benech.

The "Walk in the Gardens of Provence" menu, created by Hélène Darroze with Thomas Pézeril, her executive chef at Villa La Coste, and Marion Desmasures, pastry chef, is divided into 5 acts. It will evolve naturally according to the harvest and the seasons.

Lunch or Dinner at Francis Mallmann

A new style of Argentinian cuisine is served at Château La Coste. Mediterranean fish roasted in a clay oven. Charolais beef, hung from a dome oven and cooked over the fire. Provençal vegetables and herbs, cooked rescoldo style - covered in ashes.   Join us for a delicious meal, inspired by outdoor living, intensely smoky flavours . A daily celebration of wholesome, soulful flavour.”
