A new style of Argentinian cuisine is served at Château La Coste. Mediterranean fish roasted in a clay oven. Charolais beef, hung from a dome oven and cooked over the fire. Provençal vegetables and herbs, cooked rescoldo style - covered in ashes. A long marinated vegetable roll, cooked to perfection on the plancha. Charred summer fruits with home-made ice-cream and dulce de leche pancakes demonstrate our passion for desserts.
